Probably due to this update, after upgrading akonadi throws errors regarding datetime values:
I've switched back to the 20210805 repovia tumbleweed-cli, re-installed libmariadb3 (which was pulling in libmariadb3_plugins and libmariadb3-devel per dependency), restarted akonadi and all is well again.
