[opensuse-factory] Why is LibreOffice beta in Tumbleweed?

Hello, I just noticed that the LibreOffice 5.2.0.0.beta2 is currently in Tumbleweed. That seems like a rather strange decision, given that Tumbleweed is meant to be cutting-edge but also well-tested. A LibreOffice beta is definitely not well-tested and seems very risky. And this seems especially unnecessary given the availability of the LibreOffice:Factory repo for those who want to test it.
