Installing kubenetes tools from isv:kubernetes

Hello Everyone i am trying to install kubele, kubeadm and kubectl from https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/isv:kubernetes but its openSUSE packages require conntrack which cant be satisfied. I read https://forums.opensuse.org/showthread.php/538457-Kubelet-won-t-install-due-... which suggests ignoring conntrack, but i dont this this is right. Is there any way to install these package on openSUSE or automatically ignore the conntrack dependency? Greetings Johann
