I actually can confirm the behavior described by the OP.
For clarification:
In the K menu, I see still buttons for all available options (Sleep,
Hibernate, Restart, Shut Down, Log Out).
However, when selecting one of those, the "do you really want to <insert
action>" screen provides only the option to perorm the action or cancel.
Previously, this screen did show all options, so that even a click on the
"Shutdown" button allowed to actually decide for a reboot.
This was actually very convenient as I have a Shutdown button easily
accessible in the task bar - for reboot I'd have to go via the K menu now.
Not really a big issue, but still a nuisance.
