I already uninstalled gpg-pubkey-3dbdc284-49144c3f (the one I had installed had expired in 2010), but the one I got from the repo then is also already over its time...
openSUSE-build-key should have the new one.
I reinstalled openSUSE-build-key, but this did not change anything, then I did
rpm -e gpg-pubkey-3dbdc284-4be1884d
(not the different thing after the third "-"), then "zypper ref", "accept always" and now it is good.
It looks fixed in the meantime.
But needed lots of manual intervention :-)
