one of the mirrors is probably not up to date ... I would suggest "Solution 3" and latter retry the dup
kvirc fails build in openSUSE:Factory. It cannot be updated before it builds with the newer perl.
KVIrc in KDE:Unstable:Extra / kvirc seems to build just fine, I switched to that one and there's no visible problems.
