The project was submitted to Factory 9 days ago with request https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/428970, which was declined. I'm not sure why, but there is a review by legal in progress. Their queue is quite long.

The reason, according to the factory-auto comment, is that the changes file does not mention the removed patches.
