That's an incomplete interpretation of its meaning. IOW, any distro that lacks having either one or the other of KDE3 or TDE lacks compelling or serious interest, unless and until either KDE3 or TDE can be added to it. That rules out 42.2 as anything more than a curiosity prior to sometime after it goes GA, whenever the maintainers of TDE for 13.1, 13.2 and 42.1 choose to provide it also for 42.2; or until KDE3, which remains available and usable for TW, is provided also for 42.2. -- "The wise are known for their understanding, and pleasant words are persuasive."
