Got farther but others are still missing - do you know what they are supposed to be or are not needed any more?

buildinfo is broken... it says:
unresolvable: nothing provides qt6-linguist
      nothing provides qt6-qtbase-devel
      nothing provides qt6-qttools-devel
      nothing provides qt6-qtx11extras-devel

Yes, the spec file still builds against Qt 5, but VirtualBox nowadays searches
for Qt 6 by default. You'll either have to find out if there is a configure
switch to force Qt 5, or, alternatively, change build dependencies to their Qt 6
versions, which might not be a 1:1 mapping.

Note that Qt 5's lifecycle is pretty much at its end, and it makes more sense to
make the switch to Qt 6, especially for TW.
