Looks like you might best consider a detailed bug report on that Mobo
which has the issue.
My aim responding, was just so you got some feedback that at least
some configurations work normally.
Only idea I have at moment, is if it appears to be that Mobo +
Keyboard + Kernel, is if you have BIOS settings which are different,
perhaps relating to USB keyboard options which are causing PS/2 to no
longer be recognised, by some changed kernel code.
