"infrastructure" patch to add support for VM_FAULT_SIGSEGV.
To actually make the stack guard page access failure give SIGSEGV,
you'd need to also then change that
if (check_stack_guard_page(vma, address) < 0)
in mm/memory.c to actually use the new "VM_FAULT_SIGSEGV" thing.
Otherwise it will obviously continue to send SIGSBUS.
