To be honest, the best solution would be to change that link to the following:

https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/enter_bug.cgi?classification=7340&product=openSUSE.org&component=3rd%20party%20software&assigned_to=tittiatcoke%40gmail.com&cc=hrvoje.senjan%40gmail.com&short_desc=KDE%3AQt5%2Flibqt5-qtdeclarative%3A%20Bug

This will guarantee that anyone who hasn't changed their BU Filter Preferences, which I assume will be a lot of people, will see the proper page.

The error occurs because the default filter setting is to go by URL, the filter is, in the eyes of Bugzilla, a self-imposed restriction.

Seems like the BU filtering is done before the arguments are matched.
As the novell.com bugzilla no longer has openSUSE.org in the product
list, it runs into an error.

CC to Ryan Wilson, who knows about bugzilla's internals.

Ryan, is it possible to match the procuct before the BU pruning
is done? (Or not do the pruning if the argument already contains a
product?)

Cheers,
  Michael.
