For opensuse 10.2 kernel 2.16.18 , I recomend 2 patches from mm adding support for Ti 21xx/12xx Flashmedia Reader.

I've been testing this driver on 2 x86_64 openSUSE 10.1( with self compiled 2.6.18 kernel ) laptops for a week. It works rather stable for me though not full featured.
I guess it's better to have this than nothing for Ti card readers. And this is so far what we have.

btw, YaST identifies the card reader successfully (ROCKS!!) but deals with it in the ide-controller section. Should I request another YaST card reader module in the future?

Just a suggestion. Is that possible to implement this feature in openSUSE 10.2 or is it too late, or maybe early because the driver is still beta?
