But you did not mention where you fetch the plugins from ;-) I guess obs://build.opensuse.org/vdr:plugins/openSUSE_Tumbleweed This one builds against openSUSE:Factory, so it builds also against the Tumbleweed version of vdr. if you use obs://build.opensuse.org/vdr:plugins/openSUSE_Factory, then you'll get packages built against the vdr repos.
