The reason that qt3 is loaded is because some of the KDE programs aren't yet qt4, so you need to have that to run those programs. IF all you programs are qt4, you should be abel to remove it tho.
Even parts of YaST still use qt3 with kde3 themes and therefore kdelibs3.
The only part is YaST Control Center, which did not make it to Qt4 yet. But it's a priority for us to move it - you can see a lot of discussions around what to do on that front. But even current control center does not need kdelibs at all.
