The bootchartd docs say you get a more accurate graph that way - without
BSD process accounting in the kernel, it can miss short-lived processes.
I'm interested in seeing if we're spawning scads of processes anywhere.

Ok - I wasn't able to find anything about building custom kernel RPMs on
the wiki. Maybe we can leverage the build service for this :)
