Comment # 1 on bug 1226495 from Martin Sirringhaus

Apparently, upstream prematurely uploaded 115.12.0 build2 to the releases. 
According to upstream chat:

> there's no application code changes in build 3.. it's automation process fixes and windows installer signing changes

They did now release 115.12.1, which basically only bumps the version number,
as 115.12.0 was already "released" and couldn't be overwritten with build 3.

So, 115.12.0 is fine to use. Wolfgang will probably update anyways to 115.12.1.
