You just keep re-filing the same thing. I resolved them as duplicates because
they were duplicates. (bug 1216704 and bug 1215137). Assume that we know what
we are doing. Bugzilla bugs are for tracking technical defects, not your
support cases. I am adjusting the bug summary to your previous summary and I'll
move it to the right please.
