Can you instead put them on a website, with thumbnails (say 5K jpeg), bigger versions (say 100K jpeg) and the full version for download (whatever it is, 500K to 500M)?
Then just send us the URL. You could ask those who download to send you their addresses for info, or if you spent some time proramming it you could partly enforce that with a login.
I have hosting for the karoshi site, so I'll put them on there, at the moment, they are swadelands posters but they can be edited and I can do new themes....for schools who use different systems.
Jo
ps, I'll put them under www.linuxgfx.co.uk/posters
If anyone else has any extra ideas for poster I will produce some better ones with different information. This time around I will make them more generic that way I can put them on karoshi.org.uk under the optional downloads for everyone to use.
If I should do this what colours should I use?!? We have found this particularly hard with the intranet etc on the project but I don't want to do 30 different coloured posters!!!!

The most generic way would be to define a template and write a small script using mogrify(1) and convert(1) and all of the other ImageMagick tools to fill in the colours for you.
If you want help with doing that, let me know.
