Can you instead put them on a website, with thumbnails (say 5K jpeg), bigger versions (say 100K jpeg) and the full version for download (whatever it is, 500K to 500M)? Then just send us the URL. I have hosting for the karoshi site, so I'll put them on there, at the moment, they are swadelands posters but they can be edited and I can do new themes....for schools who use different systems. Jo ps, I'll put them under www.linuxgfx.co.uk/posters
If anyone else has any extra ideas for poster I will produce some better ones with different information. This time around I will make them more generic that way I can put them on karoshi.org.uk under the optional downloads for everyone to use. If I should do this what colours should I use?!? We have found this particularly hard with the intranet etc on the project but I don't want to do 30 different coloured posters!!!! Jo

The most generic way would be to define a template and write a small script using mogrify(1) and convert(1) and all of the other ImageMagick tools to fill in the colours for you.
