Hi all I just upgraded my suse 7.3 to 8.0. Whe nI first logged in kde asked if I wanted to copy my settings or start again. I wrongly chose copy current settings, now I want to start again with kde 3 settings. Is there an easy way to do this Cheers Matt

I just upgraded my suse 7.3 to 8.0. Whe nI first logged in kde asked if I wanted to copy my settings or start again. I wrongly chose copy current settings, now I want to start again with kde 3 settings.
Is there an easy way to do this
From a console login try "rm -rf ~/.kde*" this will remove all the local kde settings from your home directory. You might be able to get this to work from a terminal window when running KDE but you must hit "Ctrl-Alt-Backspace" after.
