Hi all:

Some years ago (SuSE 6.0) I asked the group if anyone could help me get SuSE to be able to write in Japanese. I have a Japanese wife and she uses Outlook because it is easy to use a UK system for me and click on an icon for her to write in Japanese. All those years ago someone unhelpfully suggested (I hope tongue in cheek) that I get a new wife. I have set up 8.1 with all things Japanese enabled and it shows all the menus wonderfully but it will still not allow Japanese characters to be typed. This is stopping me scrapping M$ altogether. Does anyone have any non-marital suggestions? Roger?
