I think the message is for those who is trying to modify the file on the system directly as the modifications will be rewritten with package update.

I would like to modify the file "/susemanager/src/mgr_bootstrap_data.py". Unfortunately it gives an un-welcoming message to viewers:

How would I go about changing it? It contains references to "/srv/www/htdocs/" which I would like to update to either the token "documentroot" from "/usr/share/rhn/config-defaults/rhn.conf" (hardcode it differently for Enterprise Linux systems).
