IIRC, a 'sr' to 13.1 also works.. (not to :Update); osc 'auto converts' those.

Up to now, SR to Update had also worked. (like sr 205575)

I think Dominique has it wrong. sr to 13.1 will reject and point you to :Update. But all that is with osc, I'm ready to believe the webui does not handle this correctly - I assume the sr->mr rewrite happens in osc and not in the API.
