I've recently encountered a problem when building in OBS for Fedora:36.

It looks like the constriction 0%{?fedora_version} expands to 035 rather than 036 as it would be expected for a Fedora:36 runner.

The logs shows that the line from the spec file cat-0%{?fedora_version} expands to cat-035 even thou it should be cat-036

Please fix the variable as I need to add tests for this particular version.
