Hi,
in my project
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=kbackup-kde4&project=ho…
I get the following expansion error for Mandriva 2010:
"nothing provides libkde4-devel"
The spec file works fine with openSuse though.
How can I know what the name of the corresponding package is in other distributions ?

If there is no mapping yet the answer is not simple. It has to be find out manually.
However, you can list all binaries, which exists in the distro and guess by running grep
osc ls -b -r standard -a x86_64 Mandriva:2010 | grep lib64kde
