2013/4/11 Gianluca <emmegian(a)yahoo.it>it>:
I need the "unstable" repository of Debian
because I've just realized
that a lot of Debian users tend to use the "unstable" version :-S
That's strange to me... maybe this impression arise from the fact the
majority of people that will use my packages use Debian "unstable" :-S
Just a clarification, Debian developers usually build packages against
unstable suite, then after few days (usually 10d) in unstable,
packages migrate to testing. Currently Debian is frozen, so unstable
is pretty much kept in sync with testing and testing updates (for
release bug fixes) go in via unstable repository. So, developers are
using now experimental to build their latest package versions, while
waiting on the release (which BTW is taking insane amount of time). I
have not tried to use experimental suite in OBS, but it might also be
interesting to add.

Hello. Would you like to become a maintainer of
non-released Debian at OBS?
There is only Arch Linux support now at OBS, but it is broken because of qt
package renaming. Non-released distos have to be maintained frequently.
I would be interested to support non-released Debian at OBS. Could you
please expand what is needed to do?
BTW, I have a local instance of OBS and I use download on demand
methods to be able to build packages against that distro.
