The only one I know of is krpmbuilder, but to be honest it is probably worth looking at the spec file of a similar package to yours and copy the main points and read up on the documentation[0]. I still to this day am learning after a couple of years of packaging :)

I initially wanted to stay silent as I have nothing ready yet, but part of my GSoC project is creation of SPEC editor with some magic sprinkles on top, so perhaps you wanna work with that not to re-duplicate effort? :) you work with mono/.net ? where can i see the project? Right it's better to "combine" our effort . My JID is same as my email address, so feel free to poke :)

FYI, MonoDevelop will also have a .spec file editor as part of our build service integration.
