[opensuse-buildservice] Override package deletes in KIWI - openSUSE Build Service

      For some reason or another, 
/usr/share/kiwi/images/oemboot/suse-SLES11/config.xml lists
<packages type="delete">
    	<package name="mdadm" />
    </packages>
Now, without modifying /usr/.../config.xml itself (because that always 
gets restored on a KIWI RPM update), how do I undo this delete request 
in my config.xml, if anything?
