tomorrow at 14:00 CEST build.opensuse.org and api.opensuse.org will be updated to the latest SVN HEAD. This includes an update to the permission management, to the effect that no one except people with the Admin role can create root projects (read: projects not below any namespace). Maintainers of a project can create projects below their maintained projects.

api.o.o and build.o.o will be down for ~1h.
