[opensuse-buildservice] OBS update this afternoon
Hi, I would like to update build.opensuse.org to master - tons of problems were fixed in the last 250 commits but we did not dare to risk the 13.1 release. I don't expect any problems with the update, but you will see 503 for 10 minutes or so. Once I'm back from lunch I'll start, so expect to take a coffee at ~13:30 MST. build-test.opensuse.org runs on master for a while without detectable problems - but I'm certain we will find problems once it's deployed, but there is no way around fixing them. Greetings, Stephan -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+owner@opensuse.org

Just to confirm: will you start at 13:30 MST or 13:30 CET? Given my impression, that you seem to be in your office right now, I am wondering, how long your lunch break might be ... Is your interest in my lunch break purely social engineering or am I blocking you from something at that time? Unless someone has a problem with a specific time I just update when *I* feel like it, but yes MST == Michael+Stephan-Time in this context. Of course is monitoring the time of your posts everything I am employed for here ;-) but, no, you are not blocking me from something. I just want to observe the impact of the definitely failing upstream build system on the status of my schedulers, especially in the context of my mail from last Thursday regarding the "bad config" in project configs. I wanted to make sure, that this opportunity arises for my after my lunch break or after my supper ...

Oh, that is nice indeed, but is 13:30 then precise enough? I would then have expected something like 5 weeks, 4 days, 21 hours 56 minutes and 6 seconds before the last true noon before winter solstice 237 inches right of my desk. Or something like that ... OK, I will keep my eyes open around both my expected times ;-) Greetings, Stefan - -- Stefan Botter Network Manager Jacobs University Bremen gGmbH Campus Ring 1 | 28759 Bremen | Germany Commercial registry: Amtsgericht Bremen, HRB 18117 President & Geschäftsführer: Prof. Dr. Heinz-Otto Peitgen Provost & Geschäftsführerin: Prof. Dr.-Ing. Cool! And I appreciate the decision to postpone the update... risks are risks.

MST? Really? When did you move :). I guess you meant CET (or MEZ; MET) Or simply: 12:30 UTC Dominique -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+owner@opensuse.org
