obscpio and duplicate version information
Since 04/16/2021 the builds using obs_scm fail. According to the log, when extracting the cpio archive and building the tar archive, the version information is specified twice in the file name. See e.g. https://build.opensuse.org/package/live_build_log/home:munix9:unstable/gamba... [ 157s] Unpacking gambas3-3.15.90+git.20210416.b95ff408c.obscpio ... [ 158s] 75555 blocks [ 158s] Running build time source services... Not aware but I can confirm I see the same elsewhere

The obs_scm service seems to have a new bug, the version is included in the name inside of the .obsinfo file.
