It calls the RPM install scripts with 2, the uninstall scripts with 1. This means upgrade [https://meinit.nl/rpm-spec-prepostpreunpostun-argument-values].

While upgrading, a package should keep its modifications. So shouldn't the parameters be 1 for install and 0 for uninstall.
