Or remove "BuildArch: noarch".

it should not exist anymore, fixed that in OBS:Server:2.4 as well now.

the last rpm error is a check in Fedoras rpm.
The check is valid, the problem is that the binary is not executed on that host but transfered to another one. So having a binary in a noarch package in that case is okay for me.
You need to check how to disable that Fedora check. It might be in their rpmbuild package directly.
