[opensuse-buildservice] openSuse 10.2 and Truecrypt: Old version and wrong "summary"

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello everyone, I found out there is a repository containing truecrypt on the opensuse buildservice. So I installed it, and tried to mount my containers: Incorrect version of kernel module loaded - version 4.3 required So I visited truecrypt.org, and found a rpm package for version 4.3. Installed it, works. BUT: Why is this version not on the buildservice? And why do I get the following output when searching for truecrypt using apt:
SUSE 10.2 #apt search truecrypt truecrypt-kmp-xen - Library for simple parsing and seeking of files and streams based on the Ogg file format truecrypt-kmp-bigsmp - Library for simple parsing and seeking of files and streams based on the Ogg file format truecrypt-kmp-default - Library for simple parsing and seeking of files and streams based on the Ogg file format truecrypt-kmp-debug - Library for simple parsing and seeking of files and streams based on the Ogg file format truecrypt-kmp-xenpae - Library for simple parsing and seeking of files and streams based on the Ogg file format
Huh, Ogg files? What is wrong there? Im not sure where to complain about / tell people about this issue, so I thought buildservice might be right. CC the packager as well.

Ask duncan about it, he is the maintainer for this package in the buildservice. The email is on the obs page. He is on vacation right now, he should be back on Monday. -- with kind regards, Martin Lasarsch, Core Services SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, Maxfeldstr. 5 90409 Nürnberg GF: Markus Rex, HRB 16746 (AG Nürnberg) martin.lasarsch@suse.de - http://www.opensuse.org --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org

Which page are you talking about? http://en.opensuse.org/Build_Service_Team http://en.opensuse.org/Build_Service The only Duncan I found was Duncan Mac-Vicar Prett, did you mean him? Yes. When you log in, go to the project itself, you see on the left side the maintainers. Duncan is the only one for this project. see: http://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=truecrypt&project=security%3A...
