[opensuse-buildservice] queues

Hello When there is a high number of packages are in the 'blocked queue' e.g > 1000 packages, can the package that they depend on be escalated up the tree to get built sooner ? e.g 2000 packages may depend on binutils, so escalate binutils to build sooner Thanks Glenn -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org

It could, but it is not implemented. However, it will not change the needed total build time of all packages. bye adrian -- Adrian Schroeter SUSE Linux Products GmbH email: adrian@suse.de -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org

Hi Thanks for the info, I just thought it might shorten the waiting time till the package is ready to be built. Glenn On Fri, 24 Jul 2009 07:55:04 +0200, Adrian Schröter <adrian@suse.de> wrote:
