How can I remove repository. Tried with GUI after I logged in.

As I prepared an SR for the package you worked on, but you never accepted it, the branch remained active.
I now removed it and you should now be able to delete your branch as well.

You can use osc:
osc meta -e -f prj <project name>
see 'osc help meta' for details.
