obs_admin --help | grep badhost probably (but can't check right now) it's "obs_admin --list-badhosts" and "obs_admin --drob-badhosts". Note that your worker needs to be properly prepared for KVM builds, means: you need to have the qemu-kvm package installed (probably among other things).
