Hi,

I am trying to do a local build of a package (home:DOlsson:fvwm2) for AlmaLinux9 (using my own "AlmaLinux9" repository, which is a simple pointer to "AlmaLinux:9/standard"), but the build refuses to build, because non of the packages needed for the build can be installed due to "no public key available":

$ osc build --local-package --clean
