turns out to be a dead link.
Strangely enough the older links @ (https://vault.centos.org/centos/7.x.yyyy/os/x86_64/)
are valid, just not .../7.9.2009/...
A
valid link would be (http://mirror.centos.org/centos-7/7.9.2009/os/x86_64/).
Any change of getting this added to CentOS:CentOS-7?
