Well after updating mingw64-runtime to the latest version. The version has changed but the error is still the same.

file /usr/x86_64-w64-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/lib/txtmode.o from install of mingw64-crt-10.0.0-2.1.el9.noarch conflicts with file from package mingw64-runtime-10.0.0-1.1.noarch

Any suggestions how to bypass this?

Well I guess the better option is not to mix mingw 9.x with mingw 10.x.

Yeah, you are right. Seems like the update came about a week ago. Will update outdated packages.
