Hi, while I have a lot of question recently, I realized I forgot to introduce myself.
My name is Miroslav Suchy (shorten as Mirek). I work for Red Hat and I want to get OBS-server into Fedora. We (as Fedora) may later use OBS (or not), but that is not decided yet. But getting OBS into Fedora is first step.
So I am now trying to get OBS dependencies into Fedora. Later OBS itself. And even later contribute with some features, which will be needed for Fedora.
So please be patient with me. One day I will stop asking questions and will be sending patches instead :)

Welcome. I spent many time on packaging OBS for fedora, results here https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:kostyasha:branches:OBS:Server:2... only for Fedora_17 and https://github.com/KostyaSha/open-build-service/tree/fedora-2.4 . You need update 100 rubygems in fedora repo to get intact version as in locked gem versions + 2-3 packages for dependencies (like perl) Also OBS has some architectural limitations for fedora build processes. I can help with testing if you need ;)-- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+owner@opensuse.org
