Same problem here, probably the UI has some sort of internal caching that has gone belly up.
This has nothing to do with caching according to my understand. What happens is that the default of the page is to show requests that need work.
If I go the page, the browser asks https://build.opensuse.org/home/requests?user=coolo
If I select type all manually (which is displayed as default), the browser asks:
https://build.opensuse.org/request/list?states=new%2Creview&types=all&user=coolo
So I guess the UI needs to show that the default is "needs work", so you can switch to all and expect what actually happens.

I'm on the it's broken side. It seems that when you first click other requests you get partial info. Using the pull-down causes a refresh that fixes it.
