[opensuse-buildservice] postbuild checks

Hi, I'm noticing that the version of 'build' that is in the opensuse tools repository doesn't do the postbuild checks that the internal autobuild version does. Any reason for this? If we're eventually going to be submitting from the buildservice, I'd rather not have to build in autobuild just to make sure none of the checks fail.
