Two choices: Enable LDAP support, which will allow you to use domain accounts to login to OBS. The api service will add LDAP accounts to the OBS api user list during the intial login. Or Add accounts directly to the OBS api (frontend) via the api url. Access to the api url is secured by the Admin account.

I think he's talking about build.o.o...
Sorry If I was not so clear, I was talking about build.opensuse.org. Have you any solution? The account should have been automatically added to the build service user list.

Hi all, I'm trying to login to OBS for the first time from the webui, but i get this error:
OBS Web Interface Error: Unauthorized Access You need to log in to perform the operation. Please contact the openSUSE admin to get an account. Error Details: Errorcode: 401 Message: Your user is not yet registered with iChain
I used the same account I use for the wiki. Have I to do something particular or is this an OBS bug?
The login server has been... Faulty as of late. :(
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Daniel Z.
