mirror.centos.org is still used for CentOS:CentOS-8:Stream because CentOS Stream 8 is still actively developed and maintained: http://mirror.centos.org/centos/8-stream/

Ouch. Despite changing the prjmeta a week ago (http://mirror.centos.org/centos/8/PowerTools/x86_64 -> http://mirror.centos.org/centos/8-stream/PowerTools/x86_64/os/), despite stopping, deleting /srv/obs/run/bs_sched* and restarting bs_sched, bs_sched is *still* using the previous URL.
