You were probably hit by bug 330746 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=330746 I'm afraid you'll have to edit your project and package metadata with osc to fix this... Remove all references to repositiories that no longer exist in your home project. Afterwards, you should be able to use the web interface again.
