I could understand "GPLv2" being an invalid license-specifier, if not all other build targets would succeed, including eg. openSUSE_Leap_15.{0..3}, which are basically the same environment.
In all other (openSUSE) targets the invalid license format is a warning, SLE_15 makes this error by adding rpmlint-Factory-strict. Greetings, Stephan
