Andreas Hanke already requested it's inclusion in the buildservice and in build.rpm, however Lars Rupp said it required managment authorization (?)

If we're eventually going to be submitting from the buildservice, I'd rather not have to build in autobuild just to make sure none of the checks fail.

Yes, this needs consistency, I dunno why it requires authorization really, other distributions have similar checks and are available on the internet GPL licensed (and example of this is fedora rpmdevtools).
