Hi. in my project home:rudi_m:musthave-kernel422 I'm trying to aggregate several packages from openSUSE:Leap:42.2:Update. "osc results" looks ok but "osc ls -b" still does not show any binaries. [opensuse-buildservice] cloning git repos fails

Hi, I'm having the problem that I cant clone a git repo via tar_scm from my subprojects. The following error is given: Files could not be expanded: Command failed(128): "fatal: could not create work tree dir '/var/cache/obs/Ux8TSLkRGu7e/git-cache/lazyusf2.git': Permission denied\n" See the following examples: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:derselbst:anmp/anmp https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:derselbst:retrogaming/lazyusf https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:derselbst:retrogaming/lazyusf2 Note that it works fine within my base project though: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:derselbst/muse3 Know issue? Hi, it should be noted the in project Base:System there is a new bash 4.4 together a new (lib)readline 7.0. That last one requires a boot strap of any project and/or distribution based bash 4.4. I'm not sure of the autosubmit bot will add the correct prerequire to the projects configuration, though ? [opensuse-buildservice] accurate list of supported distributions?

I just submitted https://github.com/keybase/keybase-issues/issues/2569 to try to encourage the keybase folks to work with us to package keybase properly for openSUSE, and while I was at it, I thought it would be worth trying to persuade them to use OBS to package for multiple distributions. This raised the question - which distributions can OBS currently build for? I was slightly disappointed to find this question unanswered by http://openbuildservice.org/about/ even though it refers to "21 base distributions on 6 architectures". Some further googling led to: https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Build_Service_supported_build_targets which lists 5 *families* of distributions (or a few more, if you count openSUSE/SLE and Fedora/RHEL/CentOS as different families), spanning 25 different release versions. It also says: The OBS api also provides a list of available distributions: https://api.opensuse.org/distributions but this URL yields a 404, despite it being documented as a valid API call: https://build.opensuse.org/apidocs/#8 So the inevitable follow-on questions are: - What is a "base distribution"? - Which of these two claims about the number of supported distributions is accurate? If neither, then what's the truth? - Why is this API call returning a 404? [opensuse-buildservice] Why does the build service redirect to a mirror that does not have the file?

Hi, I have run into this a couple of times recently. For example http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/languages:/python/SLE_12_S… for the file python-oauthlib-0.7.2-26.2.noarch.rpm sends me to http://opensuse.c3sl.ufpr.br/repositories/devel:/languages:/python/SLE_12_S… which in turn produces a "Not Found". Shouldn't the algorithm that does the "redirect to mirror" logic also keep track of the files that the mirror has and then find a different mirror if a specific file does not exist on a given target? [opensuse-buildservice] Force specific ruby version?

Hi all, I'm trying to get a rubygem to build against a specific ruby version (ruby20) - even if the native ruby version of the distribution is different: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:tdoerges:ruby20/rubygem-wxruby A package with ruby20 is present in the project and builds fine for all distributions (https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:tdoerges:ruby20/ruby20). However, when trying to build the rubygem for openSUSE 13.2, ruby 2.1 (native to 13.2) is always preferred over ruby20. ruby20 will be installed but ignored otherwise. I've tried Requires/BuildRequires and Conflicts/BuildConflicts in the spec: https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/home:tdoerges:ruby20/rubygem-w… BuildConflicts doesn't seem to work (something for Redhat only?) and the other options didn't get the trick done. Then I tried adjusting the project configuration: https://build.opensuse.org/project/prjconf/home:tdoerges:ruby20 But that didn't work either. Any hints what I have to do? [opensuse-buildservice] extend signkey of project

Hi all, I need help with the extending of the validity of a project's signkey. As far as I know the signkeys will be automatically extended, when they reach their expiry time. I now have several projects, where the repo will not get published. I checked deeper and found the signkey of the project expired. osc signkey --extend terminates with Server returned an error: HTTP Error 400: Bad Request /usr/bin/sign: 256 a closer look in src_server.log shows an additional line self-sig is not made with sha1 Now my call for help: How do I extend the key's validity? Hi, several rubygem packages seem to be stuck. Last message appeared at ~60 seconds, but the builds are now at 4 ... 7 hours (typically, it takes ~2 minutes). All stuck builds are aarch64 builders building armv7l packages.
