Hi OBS-Masters
My fault, I know. But I have the following problem: I want to decline a
submitrequest[1] but misleadingly clicked on the "accept" instead of
the "decline" button. (Usability guys, please keep an endless space
between those two buttons. ;-)
Now I like to know if it is possible to decline an accepted
submitrequest or what is the expected workflow in such a case?
With kind regards,
Lars

Hi,
Is there an easy way to lock a project and prevent and changes to it?
I am basically looking for a way to prevent changes for a short period of time, something like 'emergency moderation' disallowing any of the maintainers to directly change or accept requests targeting the project...
Ideas?

Hello,
I branched a package like this:
home:mpmiranda:branches:network:ldap:OpenLDAP:RE23
applied some patches, and everything went just fine. I need the
packages, and I tried to get them from my download repository, without
success:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/mpmiranda:/branches:/networ…
why is this happening? How I can expose this repo to a Novell's customer?
Best,
M

At drawing board I have crazy idea.
Plan:
branch my own package.
implement idea.
if failure, delete branch, hope noone noticed it. Back to drawing board.
if success merge branch back into main package.
Since I own both the branch and the main package, do I have to create a
request to myself and accept it? Or is there a way I can directly merge one of
my own branches back?
osc help does not seem to show the command. I can not find the documentation on
this?
Thank You.

If you use the file as input to other services, though, you'll need
the _service:download_url prefix.
In spec files, the bare unprefixed name is fine.

Hello Mates,
today i've tried out the Services and added a "Download a File from URL"
Service. I've filled out the host and the Target and now i have a
_service and a _service:download_url:Gtk2-Unique-0.05.tar.gz.
How must i handle this for building a local Package? Must i add
"_service:download_url:Gtk2-Unique-0.05.tar.gz" as Source?
Have we on any place a good Documentation about the Services?

Hello,
I want to request some packages that should be added into xUbuntu_10.04.
Packages:
linux-image-preempt_2.6.32.21.22_amd64.deb
linux-image-2.6.32-21-preempt_2.6.32-21.32_amd64.deb
linux-headers-preempt_2.6.32.21.22_amd64.deb
linux-headers-2.6.32-21-preempt_2.6.32-21.32_amd64.deb
They're located in the pool/universe repository of the installation cd,
unlike other kernel flavors that are localted in main. I also should
note that all next versions of this kernel flavor are also located in
main repository on archive.ubuntu.com server.
Regards, Roman.

Hi,
Is it possible to use ccache for OBS builds. I know that 'osc' has the ability, but I would like to configure it for all builds done via the OBS.
I'm using a local OBS instance.
If it is possible, what needs to be done?
Could not find any configurable parameters in BSConfig.pm or anything related on the OBS web pages.
Thanks,
Mal

I got the following error:
service recompress failed:
/lxc.tmp/inner.sh: line 4: unexpected EOF while looking for matching `"'
/lxc.tmp/inner.sh: line 5: syntax error: unexpected end of file
Trying to recompress a tar.bz2 file using the "recompress" service in
this package:

I clicked "run services now" again, and it worked, so it seems the
problem is intermittent.
Just a heads up.
